Scout Pilates offers a series of signature classes to thrill your body and refresh your mind. With a curated mix of classical and contemporary techniques featuring props, each class is designed to make pilates results-driven, rewarding and really addictive.

All class benefits include: improved posture, increased core strength, toned abs, ass + arms.

REFORMER - ESSENTIALS

Our Essentials class is open to everyone. This class focuses on fundamental Pilates principles, functional movement and refining your technique. Don’t be fooled, our Essentials class isn’t EASY, however, we offer regressions and progressions, so it’s a class suitable for all levels.

REFORMER - BODY BLAZE

Our Blaze class is an intermediate class. Perfect if you have previous experience using the reformer or want to try something more dynamic. These classes focus on technique enhancement, layering progressions and increasing strength by building resistance with more complex movements.

REFORMER - POWER JUMP

Our Power Jump is an open level reformer-based class using the jumpboard as the main prop. The jumpboard adds a heightened cardio and coordination element to the class, designed to get you sweating. This low impact, high intensity class will work the whole body with a specific glute and leg focus.

MAT - CONTOUR + CONDITION

Our Mat classes are like nothing you’ve seen before. Inspired by a certain Brooklyn studio (hey friend, East River Pilates) where Lucy previously taught, our Mat classes are seriously dynamic featuring the use of fun pilates props. Contour + Condition classes include sequences to not only tone your body, but to improve muscular strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.

REFORMER - GLOW WITH THE FLOW

Our Glow With The Flow is our A-Z stretch class. This is a reformer-based class focusing on stretching and lengthening the body’s muscles and ligaments. Whether you’ve had too many hours at a desk, muscle stiffness or just want a chilled class vibe, this is the one for you. Highly recommended as an add-on weekly class to your normal work-out schedule.

BARRE BURN

A fast-paced Pilates workout that uses the ballet barre and small props to deliver a dynamic full body burn. Think isometric holds, heart rate spikes and a glistening sweat all over. Our Barre classes support posture, flexibility, balance and overall fitness.

PRENATAL PILATES

Our prenatal mat and reformer classes are safe and specially designed for women in all stages of pregnancy. These are 50 minute classes that focus on safe deep core activation, as well as strengthening and stabilising exercises that help to support every stage of pregnancy setting you up for a supported labour and postpartum recovery. These classes are educational, safe and fun and will support you to be strong and energised through your pregnancy journey. These classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

MUMS + CUBS

Our class for new mums (with cubs up to 1 year). These classes give mums the support and instruction they need to redevelop core strength, pelvic stability, posture and flexibility. It’s also a great reason to get out of the house, meet some mums and maybe have a babychino after. We offer both mat based small prop and reformer classes for mums + cubs (we recommend doing a mixture of the two).
